TRAVEL LEVELS
Evaluate your physical level
A scale of 1 to 5 based on intensity, distance and difficulty of the terrain
To find out which trip is best for you or if you have the right level for any of them, We have ranked our trips, scoring them from 1 to 5, based on the intensity of the trip, the difficulty dthe terrain, but also of the speed of progression necessary for that trip.
We have also chosen to use the UTMB index or INTRA index so that you can better understand the levels. The UTMB index or ITRA mini index mentioned is indicative and indicates, according to our team, the grade you need to achieve to make the most of this trip.
For each of these levels, you will find details of the prerequisites (the minimum training to live the trip in the best possible way, in our opinion), as well as a description of the terrains crossed and the length of the days.
These levels are particularly important to ensure good homogeneity between the different participants in the trip and to ensure that the speed of progression is adequate.
